We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement & Product Development Executive to lead new product development and procurement initiatives. The Role

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define product requirements and oversee the development process.
• Manage product packaging details, ensure accuracy, and facilitate system entry for new product creation.
• Work with R&D, QA, and Design teams to develop, test, and validate product samples.
• Optimize cost elements, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure pricing aligns with business objectives.
• Oversee main plant trials, approve final samples, and facilitate smooth mass production.
• Conduct surveys, gather feedback, and provide sales projections to support demand planning.
• Ensure adequate inventory levels, prevent shortages, and maintain a smooth supply flow.

Analyze international market trends to gain insights and identify opportunities for new product development.

The Candidate

• A bachelor’s degree in Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in supply chain management within the FMCG industry.
• Exposure to toys, stationery, FMCG, fashion, apparel, or education sectors is preferred.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and negotiation skills to work effectively across teams.
