The Job:
• Assist in managing various HR functions within the factory environment.
• Handle the overall blue-collar life cycle.
• Maintain employee records timely and ensure data accuracy.
• Organize training and development programs for factory staff under the guidance of the Assistant Manager HR.
• Be the HR Custodian of the multiskilling project for floor-level employees.
• Conduct employee relations initiatives and help resolve workplace issues.
• Assist in ensuring employee compliance according to SL labor laws and regulations.
• Contribute to maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
• Demonstrate ability and experience in organizing company events and driving different projects.

The Person:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business/Administration Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in a similar capacity in a manufacturing company.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations is advantageous.
• Enthusiastic and eager to learn about HR functions in a factory setting.
