Manager – Maintenance

The Role

• Oversee and manage all utility systems to ensure optimal functionality.
• Proactively monitor plant operations and implement necessary improvements.
• Develop and execute preventive maintenance plans to enhance operational efficiency.
• Maintain accurate downtime records and analyze trends for continuous improvement.
• Regularly review and assess automation projects to drive technological advancements.
• Monitor energy consumption systems to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Track and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) of technical personnel.
• Oversee the employee rewards and recognition program on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Manage and monitor overhead (OH), capital expenditure (CAPEX), and operational expenditure (OPEX) budgets.
• Ensure compliance with management system requirements through effective reporting and record-keeping.
• Facilitate timely and relevant training programs for team development.

The Candidate

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of three years of managerial experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Experience in offset and screen printing, with comprehensive knowledge of the printing industry.
• Exposure to mechatronics and automation technologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex technical challenges.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with teams and stakeholders.
