Executive – Supply Planning

Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated professional to join our team as an Executive Supply Planning. This role involves converting demand forecasts into efficient production and material plans while collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Production, and Supply Chain teams to ensure a high sales order fill rate. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to optimize production while maintaining optimal inventory levels.

The Role

• Develop production schedules and material plans based on demand forecasts to meet customer needs while managing inventory efficiently.
• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Production teams to align with demand trends and market conditions.
• Monitor raw material inventory, procurement lead times, and supplier performance to ensure timely material availability.
• Assess production capacity, lead times, and resource constraints to create a feasible production plan.
• Communicate production schedules and material requirements to internal teams and suppliers as needed.
• Track production progress, identify bottlenecks, and proactively resolve issues to maintain supply chain efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance production efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall supply chain performance.
• Participate in regular meetings to review forecasts, inventory levels, and new product developments.
• Maintain accurate records of production, materials, and inventory to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
• Continuously evaluate and improve supply chain processes for greater efficiency and responsiveness.

The Candidate

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in supply planning or production scheduling, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to work across teams and organizational levels.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision in planning and execution.
• Proficiency in supply chain software (ERP systems, production planning tools, and advanced Excel).
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to anticipate and resolve supply chain challenges.
