The Role:
- Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries related to order status, product availability, and general sales information.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to track performance, identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Analyze sales data to provide insights on sales activity, revenue forecasts, and customer purchasing patterns.
- Support the sales team with scheduling, meeting preparation, and administrative tasks to streamline sales efforts.
The Person:
- Bachelor’s degree in business management or a related field.
- 1-2 years of proven experience in Sales Administration or a related role.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
