The Role:

  • Conduct training needs assessments to align learning initiatives with business goals.
  • Design, implement, and manage the annual training calendar.
  • Oversee training logistics, resource allocation, and financial processing.
  • Develop and execute pre- and post-training evaluations for continuous improvement.
  • Monitor learning impact using data-driven insights.
  • Champion digital learning and enhance employee engagement on e-learning platforms.
  • Curate and manage content for Bite-Size Learning to ensure relevance and accessibility.
  • Facilitate structured onboarding experiences for new hires.
  • Manage and enhance the Atlas Axillia Academy to build organizational capability.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing.

The Person:

  • A bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or a similar HR function.
  • A deep passion for learning & employee development with a growth mindset.
  • Strong interpersonal & communication skills to engage and influence stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in HR technologies, e-learning platforms, and Microsoft Office.
  • A proactive, innovative approach to driving learning initiatives.
