The Role:
- Conduct training needs assessments to align learning initiatives with business goals.
- Design, implement, and manage the annual training calendar.
- Oversee training logistics, resource allocation, and financial processing.
- Develop and execute pre- and post-training evaluations for continuous improvement.
- Monitor learning impact using data-driven insights.
- Champion digital learning and enhance employee engagement on e-learning platforms.
- Curate and manage content for Bite-Size Learning to ensure relevance and accessibility.
- Facilitate structured onboarding experiences for new hires.
- Manage and enhance the Atlas Axillia Academy to build organizational capability.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing.
The Person:
- A bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or a similar HR function.
- A deep passion for learning & employee development with a growth mindset.
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills to engage and influence stakeholders.
- Proficiency in HR technologies, e-learning platforms, and Microsoft Office.
- A proactive, innovative approach to driving learning initiatives.
