The Role

  • Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify and approach potential clients to establish new business relationships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure proposals align with organizational goals and client requirements.
  • Provide insights and feedback to improve products, services, and overall customer experience.
  • Monitor and analyze business development activities and their impact on revenue growth.
  • Actively promote the company’s brand and services to enhance its reputation in the market.

The Person:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field of professional education.
  • 5 to 10 years of experience in Sales or Marketing, with a focus on Modern Trade (MT), Lifestyle, and General Trade (GT) channels.
  • Experience in industries such as toys, stationery, FMCG, fashion, apparel, or education is preferred.
  • Strong skills in planning and analysis, networking and relationship building, understanding market trends and insights, adapting to new technologies, and collaborating with diverse audiences to achieve goals.
  • Excellent two-way communication skills with all stakeholders.
