The Role
- Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and approach potential clients to establish new business relationships.

The Person:
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field of professional education.
- 5 to 10 years of experience in Sales or Marketing, with a focus on Modern Trade (MT), Lifestyle, and General Trade (GT) channels.
- Experience in industries such as toys, stationery, FMCG, fashion, apparel, or education is preferred.
- Strong skills in planning and analysis, networking and relationship building, understanding market trends and insights, adapting to new technologies, and collaborating with diverse audiences to achieve goals.
- Excellent two-way communication skills with all stakeholders.
