The Role

  • Assist in the development and execution of new product launches in the Book category by conducting research, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely rollouts.
  • Support the enhancement and optimization of existing products by conducting feasibility analyses, gathering insights, and securing necessary approvals.
  • Contribute to achieving monthly and annual sales targets by assisting in the execution of promotional strategies and sales initiatives.
  • Assist in formulating pricing strategies and optimizing cost efficiencies to align with gross profit (GP) margin objectives.
  • Implement strategies to enhance outlet reach, shelf presence, and in-store visibility for Atlas books.
  • Support the execution of marketing campaigns and brand engagement activities to drive consumer demand and strengthen brand positioning.

The Candidate

  • Bachelor’s degree in management, CIM, or SLIM qualifications.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in branding or marketing.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Effective collaboration, communication, and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, presentation skills, project management, and social media analytics.
