Your personal data is collected and controlled by Atlas Axillia, a subsidiary of Hemas Holdings PLC, in return for the services/products that we offer.

RETURN POLICY
Goods Return Policy
The Purchaser is responsible for physical verification of the products delivered prior to accepting delivery of same, and the Purchaser shall not be entitled or permitted to reject or return the product(s) after delivery of the product(s) has been duly accepted.
The Purchaser is entitled to reject any products or part of any products at the time of delivery, in the event that the products or their quantities do not correspond to the order, or if the products or their packaging/labelling is damaged and/or destroyed and/or defaced and/or if the goods are not in good/merchantable order or condition. Also, same should be informed to the Atlas Axillia via email) along with the order details on the same day.
Refunds
If you cancel your order, or return a product due to a manufacturing defect any sum debited by us to your credit/debit card will be refunded in full. We will notify you of your refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. We will usually process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 days of you cancelling your order. The refunds which we process via the Credit card Internet Payment Gateway will take up to 2 weeks at bank’s end to be processed and will be reflected in your card statement.
